I also think the command line section could use some more Total Commander-like features. I use Total Commander at work, though I've secretly installed a copy of µCommander to give it a try. I also use µCommander at home on my Powerbook. I'm comparing it with Disk Order right now.
Anyway, I use the command line on *Commander for things like "cp" and "mv", so I don't need a whole new popup. I like the command line feature at the bottom of the panes (a la Total Cmd and Disk Order). If a command produces a screenful of results, e.g. "find ./", then you could have another window popup giving you the result with a "close" button.
Along the same lines as the previous post, I think a key combination to take the name of the selected file would work. In Total Commander, I use "ctrl+enter" for just the filename, and "ctrl+shift+enter" for the filename plus full path. I know these key combos are already reserved in µCommander, but the feature would be really nice. Again, though, this would require a command line at the bottom of the panes rather than a new popup.
Other than that, I think it's fantastic that I can have the same file manager at home and at work, despite having different OSes. I also like the fact that it's already pretty full featured. There are other minor features that I would like, but I can live with it, and it's more comfortable than the Finder or Windoze Exploder.
