when i run command that need some feedbak like password i don't be able input nothing to "Commad output" window.

This is partially fixed in the current nightly build: you can actually send input to the shell.

It doesn't however work perfectly yet (and maybe never will): some commands expect to run in a proper tty and will just fail, more or less graciously, if they don't find one. Typically, software that requests your password, such as CVS, will fail.
