This is not properly a muCommander bug, but has annoyed me for quite a long time, so I'm posting here a workaround.
Under linux, from JDK 1.5, with Beryl/Compiz enabled, some windows may be displayed totaly blank (ex the file collision window). This bug has been fixed under JDK 1.6.0_10, until the final release, the workaround is to set the AWT_TOOLKIT env var as following (ex in the mucommander.sh file)
