executing command - cannot enter password in command prompt

I was trying to run a control panel script, and when password request appeared I couldn't enter it - the square symbol was placed at the end of the line, and that's all.
runas /user:YOUR_PCNAME\YOUR_USERNAME "rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL Appwiz.cpl"
