As a total newcomer in mucommander (and no experience with norton commander too) I ask myself if there is any manual or howto for complete idiots like me. O.K. Most functions explain themselve... but it would help!

AFAIK Maxence and Nicholas plan to install a wiki (TRAC) and write the documentation there. See this thread.
