can not sudo mucommander

can not sudo mucommander

hi all,
need some help for run mucommander with SUDO MUCOMMANDER

Code: Select all
~$ sudo mucommander

Could not load custom commands: /root/.mucommander/commands.xml (No such file or directory). Using default values.

I think the java dont have permission to write config (or something like that). but, i execute MUCOMMANDER with SUDO already? I really get confuse ????

Err... that's, mm, I have no idea what's going on.
The error message you're seeing is not refering to System permissions, but to Java permissions - it's basically saying that, when running muCommander as sudo, Java is not allowed to open datagram sockets.

I'm afraid there really isn't much I can do about that, it's got to do with the Java security manager and this is something that I'm far from proficient in.
Does it work properly when not running as sudo?
