Single instance & "Ok" button available

1. Please add the "allow single instance" option for muCommander.
2. Please keep the "Ok" button available (enabled) all the time in Preferences dialog. It's confusing not to know if your setting change has or hasn't been applied, and also,it's not so UI-friendly to close the dialog from the "x" corner button every time.

So, does ANYBODY give a damn about these suggestions / feature requests ?

You have an "Apply" button to commit any changes without closing the window.
"OK" commits all the changes and closes the window.
"X" button does the same as the "Cancel" button.
